Front Desk Receptionist Jobs

We are looking for an organized Receptionist to facilitate work flow for our injectable and skincare providers in a Anti-Aging and Wellness focused medical spa located in Glen Carbon, IL.

Your primary role is to manage scheduling client appointments, greet clients when they arrive, have knowledge of the services performed, and facilitate implementation of online marketing strategies through social media accounts. If you are a tech-savvy professional with an interest in aesthetics, product sales, communicating with clients in-person, as well as through online channels, we would like to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment
• Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
• Convert potential patients
• Grow email marketing database, update and maintain lists, schedule/send emails Collect and report data, provide reports weekly, monthly, or as needed
• Decorate and maintain organization in aesthetic retail and work space
• Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and monthly sales
• Meet and greet patients at check in/out patients, provide new patient paperwork & consents for procedures Scheduling appointments and maintaining an appointment calendar
• Attend and fully participate in all team meetings
• Operating point of sale systems
• Assist with ordering inventory
• Assist with coordinating events, including open houses or Botox parties
• Report on online reviews and feedback from customers
• Contribute weekly with content creation for social media

Qualifications

• Prior Medical Spa experience preferred
