We are looking for a director of first impressions! Someone who can brightly greet internal & external customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an Anniversary & Birthday calendar for employees
• Answer the phone and transfer calls to the appropriate person/dept
• Keep the office stocked with office supplies and snacks
• Make sure the copiers are stocked with paper
• Maintain the office in an organized manner

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
