About The Job
The Front Desk Patient Advocate (FDPA) will act as the “face” of the Compleat KiDZ clinic, providing excellent customer service while also onboarding new patients, managing their treatment schedules, and providing billing and payment collection support.
This job may have the opportunity to grow into a Clinic Office Manager position.
Requirements

• Pass a Background Check
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to multi-task
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Office management experience preferred
