Fresh Assistant Manager Jobs

The Fresh Assistant Manager works in conjunction with the Fresh Manager to direct and manage tasks for the Fresh department. The Fresh Assistant Manager position has the responsibility of learning and performing enhanced duties in the Fresh department such as buying, stocking, department maintenance, training, and other duties - all as instructed by the Fresh Manager and/or General Manager. This position requires the ability to problem solve and work independently. All OCC staff are responsible to provide welcoming, friendly, helpful, and non-judgmental customer service to all shoppers and co-workers in accordance with out organizational goals and programs.
