Seeking a creative and dedicated Multi-Skilled Photographer/ Videographer /Editor to add to the growing talent agency marketing team. Candidates should have a strong commitment to visual storytelling with excellent photography and editing skills. The ability to produce valuable marketing content from pre recorded raw videos, and showcase talent skills and abilities in an entertaining fashion is a must.

This position will primarily contribute to the editing of marketing materials. This position is a freelance position.

Responsibilities:

• Enforce security protocols, maintaining security of all materials.
• Give and receive constructive feedback on edits
• Maintain digital assets, archives and edit systems
• Find solutions to creative and technical challenges
• Provide technical oversight to each project with color correction, versioning, encoding and delivery
• Play a major role in supporting our Marketing team on a per project basis
• Edit 15-30sec audio/visual marketing reels
• Maintain currency with latest production techniques, styles, and tools
• Track all versions of pieces in the creative process.
• Choose most marketable footage to edit and showcase talent
• Name and upload final edits to cloud sharing platform
• Manage and fulfill the creative editing materials in a timely and efficient manner and in various formats.
• Work closely with Agency to manage Post Production / Finishing of audiovisual marketing materials
• Oversee and disseminate finishing preps for picture, graphics, and audio elements.

Qualifications

• Those applying for this position must have non-linear editing experience, knowledge of file-based video transfer, and experience as a Videographer/Photographer and Editor

• Strong portfolio of completed work

• A minimum of 5 years of experience editing for a network, streaming service, creative agency or marketing agency.

• Advanced knowledge of the post-production process, including media management and encoding video to various formats

• Aptitude for leveraging the importance of sound in production

• Ability to maintain a variety of projects and work with varying production styles while employing strong client service skills

• Experience with sound design and color correction

• Understanding of the marketing & entertainment landscape

• Basic knowledge of professional marketing of talent

• Ability to manage a high volume of details with excellent accuracy..
• Solid understanding of quality control.
• Candidate must be extremely organized and have a great eye for detail - great follow-up is a must.
• Thrive in working in an extremely fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Knowledge of all elements required for TV and Theatrical Finishing.
• Okay with meeting deadlines and fast turnarounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to juggle many different projects in various degrees of completion at the same time.
• Knowledge of all digital formats relating to picture and audio production.
• Demonstrate the ability to be proactive and resourceful.

Additional Job Requirements

• Contractors will be accountable for providing their own editing tools and software.

• Hybrid: This position has been designated as a hybrid, generally contributing from the office a maximum of three days per week.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this role is per project with a minimum of $300/ per project.The base pay offered may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
