Pinch, a funky start-up media studio with too much spunk for its own good, is looking for a passionate, hungry experienced Motion Designer with incredible AE skills to make some awesome creative!

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will create video content and assets for use in multimedia campaigns, content/learning platforms, and promotional material—to name a few. The right candidate will be an expert at creating visually stunning video assets and effective content experiences for a wide variety of media, including social media, mobile platforms, and emerging media.

You have a great portfolio already that showcases your amazing knowledge of After Effects.

(Really would be great if you owned a Cintiq! Or at the least, a Wacom tablet)

You'll make an impact by:

• Spearheading and developing the motion/animation in our projects

• Thinking strategically about the role of animation and its impact on user experience

• Bringing expertise in communicating information in order to design effective static and interactive content experiences

• Participating in all the phases of development including conceptualization, storyboarding, animating, and editing

• Collaborating with a variety of team members to get the project to its utmost amazingness.

You'll bring:

• 4-6+ years of relevant, professional experience in content and information design

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite and common motion graphics design software (AfterEffects, Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Experience designing engaging content

• Strong ability to communicate ideas ranging in complexity, from conception to execution

• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment

• Ability to work under strict time constraints, managing multiple projects and timelines at once
