Foster Care Specialist Jobs

Provide necessary services to children, their birth families, and foster families. Ensure accurate, professional, and timely completion of all Agency-required reports and paperwork. Conduct case conferences, hearings, assessments, home visits, etc. as required to provide the appropriate services to children and their families. Coordinate treatment services with appropriate local, state, or federal agencies and/or community resources. Position is located at the Monroe office.
Salary/Benefits: $42,000 starting salary with no experience. Increases based on experience working with children in a variety of capacities. 4 weeks PTO, flexible schedule, 2 days work from home, health, dental, and vision after 60 days, mileage reimbursement, and 403(b) with company match.
Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, criminal justice, psychology, education, child development, or a similarly related field.
