What You'll Do

Completes assigned functions within the department, excellent customer service, operates and maintains the dietary food equipment. Through constant interactions with customers, physicians, nursing, and visitors will provide efficient, courteous, and accurate service. Performs a variety of routine duties in the sanitation area of the Food Service Department.

What We Need From You

Education/Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Previous Food Service experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking
• Occasional balancing, climbing, crouching, grasping, hearing, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive motion, standing, stooping, tactical sense, visual acuity(color, depth, perception), fit testing.
• Medium Work - Exerting up to 50 lbs. for force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
• Frequent typing/clerical/dexterity, seeing/monitor/computer use, talking.

Hazards

• Occasional bodily fluids/bloodborne exposure, burns, chemical

Working Conditions

• Occasional noise, wet and/or humid, mists, odors

Travel

• The job may require travel from time-to-time, but not on a regular basis.
