Job Description
Reporting to the Food and Nutrition Services Director, the Food Service Worker is expected to perform a variety of duties according to all the standards, policies and procedures applicable to Redlands Community Hospital. This includes, but is not limited to patient tray assembly, delivery, and soiled tray pick-up, stocking areas and washing dishes. This position also operates as support to the cafeteria dining area providing cleaning, stocking, and maintaining trash receptacles.
  • FSW II - Must pass nutrition test.
  • Food Service/Food Production/Short Order Grill experience preferred.
  • Retail/Cashiering experience acceptable
  • Knowledge of basic math required.
  • San Bernardino Food Handler’s Card required.
