JOB SUMMARY

Reports to Patient Services Supervisor and/or Patient Services Manager with primary responsibility to be assigned based upon daily need (i.e., dishroom, hot food dipper, runner, beverage position). Responsibility includes cleaning and sanitizing soiled serviceware and equipment in both the kitchen and cafeteria, setting up hot food work station, assembling patient food trays, and delivering floor stock .

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Knowledge/Experience: Approximately six months to one year in the food service industry required.

Skills: Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to stand in one place for up to

three (3) hours. Must be able to push and pull food delivery trucks . Must be able to lift

up to 50 pounds. Must be able to perform similar or related duties as required or directed .
