We are seeking an experienced Food Server with a dynamic hospitality driven attitude to join our food and beverage team.

For nearly 100 years Monterey Peninsula Country Club has catered to a diverse Membership of more than 1,100 Members. We provide dining in five outlets amongst the Club House, Golf House, and two 18-hole golf courses.

As a Food Server at Monterey Peninsula Country Club, we will ask you to:

• Be a team player and always ensure that side stations are maintained and organized.
• Be knowledgeable about how our amazing chefs prepare our food and be able to communicate what the major ingredients, portion sizes, garnish, and method of presentation for all menu items are.
• Ensure that members are billed correctly and that checks are presented timely.
• Ensure that our members and their guests have their orders taken and receive all items timely.
• Be an integral part of our food & beverage operation.
• Be highly professional and efficient with your service standards.
• Help make the team successful by ensuring orders are taken and fired accurately and timely.
• Help in other areas of food & beverage at the Club.

What we will need from you:

• A great attitude and commitment to providing amazing hospitality.
• If working full time, we ask that you be available for 4 shifts per week, Part Time at least 2 shifts per week.
• Valid work authorization for the United States
• Previous experience working as a food server, preferably in an upscale environment.

• The ability to work weekends and holidays.
