Food Scientist Jobs

Bazooka Candy Brands (BCB), the Confectionery division of The Bazooka Companies, Inc., is seeking a Food Scientist to assist our Research and Development Team in our Scranton Office.

With iconic brands including Ring Pop®, Push Pop®, Bazooka® Bubblegum, & Juicy Drop®, BCB is one of the leading manufacturers & innovators of non-chocolate confections in the US.

Under the direction of the R&D/QA Vice President:

• Assists other food scientists in their daily activities including preparation of lab samples and performing tests on various samples
• Maintain accurate record of lab activities
• Manage shelf-life program
• Other duties as assigned
• Develops new confectionery products on the laboratory bench and in conjunction withoutside co-manufacturers
