The ideal provider has two years of experience in a primary care setting as an NP and is already Washington licensed. Job Responsibilities Of The Family Nurse Practitioner


  • Educating patients on preventative care and disease management.
  • Conducting examinations of the body.
  • Formulating treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases.
  • Educating patients on lifestyle habits.
  • Managing overall patient care.
  • Diagnosing and treating health conditions.
  • Ordering and analyzing diagnostic tests.
  • Counseling patients.
  • Prescribing medication.


Requirements Of The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)


  • One year of experience as an FNP
  • Direct primary care experience
  • Current or Eligible to obtain Washington license
