Miraval Berkshires, is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, team-centered, and forward-thinking individual for the role to join our Fitness Team in a part-time capacity with potential to go full-time.

About the Department:

We pride ourselves on our dynamic group of Health & Wellness team members that includes a strong team of 25 professionals. We support multiple programs spanning across all disciplines of meditation, yoga, fitness, acupuncture, personal training, Pilates, pre/postnatal education, prehab/rehab movement, aquatics, specialized breathing techniques and beyond.

• Friday 12pm-7pm
• The individual should be capable of lifting moderate loads and performing equipment set-ups for various activities.
• Thursday 12pm-7pm
• Demonstrated relative experience in a Health & Wellness fields to include: yoga, meditation and fitness. Experience in proper use and management of cardiovascular and weight training equipment.
• One or more professional fitness certifications accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) such as NASM, NSCA, ACE, ACSM, AFAA in Group Fitness (Personal Training in addition is a plus) and American Red Cross AED, CPR and First Aid certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science/Physiology, Recreation, Athletic Administration, Physical Education, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Saturday 12pm-7pm
• Ability to foster a positive work environment and encourage collaboration and teamwork. A commitment to making an active and meaningful contribution to the culture of the team.
• Schedule may vary based on business needs, however the below shifts are availability that is required:

  • Friday 12pm-7pm
