Financial Planning And Analysis Manager

We are conducting a confidential search for a Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A) Manager with a company that is a global supplier of advanced technology components to the automotive, aerospace, and consumer goods markets. This is a hybrid position and it is based in the metro Cleveland area.

Key responsibilities will include:

-Primary FP&A partner for the commercial and operational businesses

-Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

-Implement and refine the monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

-Partner with local and global finance teams to ensure key inventory management goals are met, and discipline is used throughout the process

-Continued financial analysis to assist with growth throughout the business units

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting / Advanced degree preferred

* 7+ years experience in an FP&A or Accounting role

* Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

* Experience with financial reporting systems

* Strong analytical skills

* Very good communication skills
