Job Description

Troy Consulting, a Management Consulting Firm, is seeking a Financial Auditor for our client, in Redmond, Washington...this is a REMOTE position! This would be in PST or MST.

Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual to join their special team to focus on business process, program design and execution related to controls and compliance. This role will inspire trust across customers, partners and employees, while driving and maintaining a strong culture of compliance through a well-designed frameworks and governance processes.


The ideal candidate is confident in leading through ambiguity, has strong cross-group collaboration skills, and applies a data driven approach to assessing risk. Particular focus areas will include business strategy, risk assessment, risk mitigation and control design, Internal Audits, and anti-corruption.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive a strong culture of compliance that enables industry-leading programs to accelerate partner growth.
  • Represents Partner Program & Experiences (PP&E) Program Compliance in global Compliance workstreams to ensure that partner compliance is a part of the initial frameworks and decision making.
  • Evolve governance and methodology to facilitate increased compliance process maturity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Lead compliance rhythms of Partner Program & Experiences (PP&E) globally, such as internal control assessments and internal audits (if any)
  • Develop and drive implementation of global processes and solutions that will be leveraged by the broader Controls and Compliance and finance communities, such as partner control execution, Internal Audit issue remediation, and compliance culture-building activities.
  • Provide compliance support to senior business partners, leading best practices for partner compliance.
  • Contribute to rhythm of the business for PP&E Controls and Compliance, including stakeholder engagement, leadership updates, and reporting on relevant scorecard metrics and success measures.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Internal Audit and/or Compliance experience
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and be openly critical about where we are versus where we need to be
  • Strong ethics, integrity, and accountability with ability to maintain independence and confidentiality
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to produce work of high quality, even within tight time constraints
  • Skilled at prioritization, creating order and driving concise, actionable executive-level insights and calls to action
  • Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities and excellent problem-solving skills
  • At least 4 years' experience in an analytical role
