About This Team
FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. Based out of our Ontario, California Distribution Center, the Financial Analyst will be reporting directly to the Manager, FP&A and partnering closely with key stakeholders in DC Operations and various corporate functions. You will be responsible for financial planning and analysis for one of lululemon’s largest distribution centers providing insightful analysis from financial and operational metrics and be skillfully adept at connecting operations with financial results.
a day in the life

• Partner with Supply Chain leadership in the Annual Operating Plan and monthly forecasting of operating expenditures for the Columbus Distribution Center
• Ad hoc decision support and scenario analysis as required
• Analyze trends in operational metrics & connect to financial implications
• Track expenses and identify and investigate monthly and quarterly variances to budget and forecast while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration
• Extremely organized, thorough and takes pride in quality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expert knowledge of Excel is required and working knowledge of Oracle Hyperion, COUPA and PowerBI an asset
• CPA or CA designation, MBA a plus
• Ability to work with a large amount detail without losing sight of the big picture
• 4+ years of progressive accounting, financial analysis and reporting experience with fast paced business environments. Prior Finance experience supporting distribution centers and warehousing considered a strong asset.
• Excellent team player as well as the ability to work with limited direction must haves
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

For California Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in California is from $75,100–$98,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
