FINANCIAL MANAGER

Emy-Lou Biedenharn Foundation/Biedenharn Museum and Gardens

Full-Time, Salaried Position

GENERAL DEFINITION

The Financial Manager of the Emy-Lou Biedenharn Foundation/Biedenharn Museum and Gardens manages aspects of the Museum's operations, including Finance, Human Resources, and Risk Management.

This position assists the Executive Director with developing and overseeing the annual budget and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve organization assets and accurately report financial results.

As a member of the Leadership Team, the Finance Manager participates in meetings, museum events and actively contributes to the Museum's planning and budgeting process.

EXPERIENCE

Some college and 2-5 years of bookkeeping experience are preferred.

Microsoft Office,

While not essential, work-based experience with QuickBooks Online is highly desired.

Strong organizational ability, highly accurate, and detailed oriented.
