ANALYST

KREWE is looking for an Analyst to join its team of smart creatives in 3rd Party Sales (Wholesale).

This candidate should possess a complete expert knowledge of Excel and Netsuite. They will be providing administrative support to the VP of 3rd Party Sales and the 3rd Party Sales team, in addition to collecting and synthesizing sales data.

P R O F I L E

• Extremely organized.
• Able to manage influx of information about products from multiple sources and synthesize to digestible reports.
• Works well under pressure, relentlessly positive.
• Netsuite whiz.
• Attention to detail.
• Fashion/ Apparel industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have consumer product/ wholesale analyst experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a comparable environment (movement of product, sales data), with proven track record.
• Excellent customer facing people skills.
• Excel & google sheets whiz: highly proficient in macros, V-lookup and pivot tables.

R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

• Delivery Tracking- Work with Planning department and Marketing department to get real time updates.
• Royalty Report - Updated twice per month.
• Netsuite Development and Implementation - communicate feedback to and work collaboratively with internal Netsuite owners (Planning and Finance mainly) to continually adapt and improve the practical function of Netsuite.
• Weekly Sales Tracker - Update every Monday morning.
• 3 rd Party Department Sales Administrative Support.
• Wholesale Customer Service Communications.
• Maintain existing reporting.
• Building Netsuite custom reports to track and analyze division business.
• Analyst for 3 rd party sales (wholesale) department.
• Forecast - lead Independent Wholesale Revenue forecast process and owned dissemination and explanation throughout the department.
• Through the sales life cycle.
• Provide Corporate, Ecommerce, International and Indie with sales support
