The Role
Financial Operations Analyst
We are searching for an experienced finance analyst to join our team and help support the Global Operations Finance team. This is a role that will engage directly with Global Operations business unit as well as the Segment Business Units to help manage the global manufacturing processes that directly support the revenue, margin, supply chain, and operating expense targets of the company.
Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently deliver Ad Hoc analysis, reporting, and projects on request.
• Perform month end and quarter end close activities, support reporting and consolidation activities.
• Help drive presentations and reporting to executive management for financial related inputs.
• Support spend analysis.
• Maintain financial models used to support driving quarterly, annual, and long-range planning for cost of goods sold, operating expenses, inventory, and capital expenses.
• Provide supporting schedules for Corp accounting.
• Coordination with global cross functional teams.
• Support intra-quarter forecast/outlook process.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in supporting global manufacturing processes is a plus as well as experience in working with global cross functional teams.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to work on a wide range of initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong financial modeling skills.
• Excellent understanding of/or skills with financial planning & reporting systems. SAP experience is preferable. SQL, Python, data mining, and database management skills would be helpful.
• Good understanding of financial concepts and general understanding of US GAAP accounting principles.

Academic Credentials

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems
