Responsibilities:

Field Service Technician

  • Contacting the customer with the estimated time of arrival-Working with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality
  • Performing basic installation functions (e.g., set up and test equipment, pulling cables, mounting devices, installing locks)Performing technical fixes such as clearing paper jams, card jams, bill jams, etc.
  • Join our apprenticeship program for support moving up with training and experience.
  • You are responsible for:Performing maintenance on ATMs (e.g., card reader, printer, reset and test devices, etc.)Electro mechanical repairs
  • Build a strong foundation for a career that progresses as you do.
  • It shows the fact that so many of our Field Operations supervisors, managers, and directors started as Field Techs themselves.
  • Many of our new technicians are looking for an opportunity to develop their skills and pursue a career with our nationwide service organization.

  • Inspecting products for correct operation and resolving noted issues and/or escalating according to established procedure
  • Proposed work days and times: [Friday- Monday: 8:30am - 5:00pm] Training hours may differ. ***Subject to change with some variation of possible rotation, weekends, nights, OT. Approx.
  • Prioritizing and planning service calls-Works within a team environment, completes all required paperwork, manages, and maintains service parts inventory
  • Our technicians come from all kinds of backgrounds and experience levels.
  • 100% travel within territory assigned.

  • Our entry level Field Service Technicians respond to basic customer requests for equipment issues.
  • Primary work location [Wilmington, DE 19720].
  • If you are new to the role, our training program will give you all the skills needed to become proficient servicing our ATM, Point of Sale (POS), and other products.
  • Using provided tools and repair kits, you will travel to customer sites to resolve the issue.
  • Our entry level technicians respond to 5-8 calls per day across their territory.
