As a Field Service Engineer on our team, you have the chance to design information systems to support the configuration, analysis, testing, training, and experimentation to advance the next generation of Army technology. Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate and modernize key intelligence processing, exploitation, and dissemination capabilities. You’ll develop your skills in software and hardware engineering design, analysis, and testing while gaining experience in Army systems. You Have:

• TS/SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• Experience with large system-of-system (SoS) integration
• Experience troubleshooting scripting languages, including Bash, Python, Ruby, or PHP
• Experience with Red Hat Linux, PUPPET, VMware, VCenter, and ESXi
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and 2012
• Experience deploying and establishing a functional VMware environment, including deployment of ESXi hosts or vCenter server
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

Nice If You Have:

• Experience integrating Windows and Linux OS with Fiber Channel attached Storage Area Network (SAN)
• 3+ years of experience with fielding of PM IS&A (DCGS-A) software to Army units
• Experience building or operating systems in the Cisco Unified Computing Environment (UCS) family of platforms
• Experience in a clustered blade server configuration
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with VMware v6

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
