• Provides technical support to customers including troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment
• Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines
• Provides training of customers’ operators and maintenance personnel
• Complies with OSHA Safety and Health rules

Company vehicle, company credit card and meal allowance provided.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on technical experience on electro-mechanical systems as applied to state-of-the-art industrial machinery.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Strong electrical aptitude, including motors, AC & servo drives, electrical circuitry, PLC, and PC based control systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude including power transmission systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics. With the ability to read/understand blueprints, and mechanical drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to evaluate and solve problems in a logical manner.
• Ability to drive a motor vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to bend, to lift 50-75 lbs potentially up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Experienced troubleshooter on electro-mechanical systems
• Able to travel extensively (up to 90%) including, weekend trips and on short notice.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Understanding and use of job safety precautions (OSHA knowledge) particularly regarding Lock Out Tag Out, Confined Space, Working at heights correctly, and with proper safety mechanisms in place.
• Excellent computer literacy including, knowledge of MS Word and Excel
