Job Title: Field Sales Representative
Salary:50000-60000 USD/YR
Location: Michigan

• This position offers a company provided Ford F-150, all gas covered, company credit card, phone allowance and comprehensive benefits. You will receive company-provided paid training and on-going support from the Sales Manager over this territory.

Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled job site visits effectively and safely.
• Achieve all targeted KPI's.
• Communicate clearly with the sales team regarding customer issues and projects.
• Utilize CRM to track service and sales within existing customer base.
• Provide daily/weekly updates to regional sales manager regarding account activities and objectives.

Requirements

• Must be able to operate a branded company vehicle.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move 25-30 pounds.
• Willingness to travel to meet customer demands.
• Strong people skills and ability to develop/maintain lasting business relationships.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, may consider Associates.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the field, servicing customers. (Maximum of 5-7)
• Positive attitude, good judgment, a strong sense of responsibility and ownership -- a true team player who is highly self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to prioritize work assignments, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with a high degree of quality and accuracy.
• Explain all services effectively with commercial building or construction managers.
• Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office.
• Must possess a valid driver's license as well as have a clean driving record.
