Job Description

Amazing Brands is a rapidly growing leader in the quick service restaurant industry. Still in our start-up phase, we are looking for a Field Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruiting process for all company roles, from strategic leadership roles to line-level restaurant team members. This is a highly creative, entrepreneurial environment in which the incumbent must be comfortable upholding all brand standards, leading by example, and finding employees who represent our values.


Summary of Responsibilities

The Field Recruiter directly supports restaurant/outlet recruiting efforts and is a critical part of the human resources support team. This role is primarily responsible for leading the full cycle recruiting process for restaurant management positions, corporate leadership roles, and providing strategic support for line-level hiring for both existing restaurants and new restaurant openings. In addition, this position will serve as an ambassador for the brand in all markets, assist in deploying industry-leading recruiting programs, and maintain positive recruiting practices.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Builds our employment brand and increases our presence in our communities by establishing relationships with universities, networking organizations, community-based organizations, workforce centers and vendors to provide a pipeline of qualified and talented candidates.
  • Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, leads the new restaurant opening team member hiring strategy and process to ensure successful hiring and onboarding to meet staffing needs.
  • Works closely with the operations team to ensure recruitment is aligned with near-term and long-term growth plans.
  • Role/position specific duties as assigned.
  • Cultivates strong working relationships with store leadership and support teams ensuring that recruiting efforts are tightly aligned with goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for the full cycle recruiting process for both internal and external candidates to fill current and future openings by creating a talent pipeline to coincide with the organization’s growth strategy.
  • Create comprehensive plans and strategies for sourcing internal and external talent.
  • Develops market-based or regional partnerships to support recruiting efforts in the area.
  • Responsible for providing a regular cadence of recruitment reporting to all internal stakeholders.
  • Evaluates incoming applications and actively sources passive candidates to select talent that aligns with the company’s needs, brand standards, and culture.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience working for a multi-site restaurant, retail or hospitality company preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and “hands on” approach.
  • Regular travel within the greater Las Vegas area required. As the brand grows, frequent overnight, out-of-state travel will be required.
  • Acts as a role model, consistently representing all brands with professionalism.
  • The ability to fluently speak Spanish is required for this role.
  • Must have proven communication skills, specifically with written reports and updates. Must be able to communicate timely via email.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and prioritize workload.
  • Exceptional people & interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in restaurants preferred.
  • Proven record of aggressive goal setting, converting plans into action and performance measurement.
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience.
