We are a leading national provider of property inspection services and innovative process management solutions for property and casualty insurance companies.**FIELD INSPECTORS NEEDED****FREE training and help desk available daily*QUALIFICATIONS:*Property Inspection experience is a plus*General construction knowledge*Availability-daytime hours Monday-Friday for Inspections and training*Must pass Background Check and Drug Screening*Smart Phone required*Dependable vehicle neededDUTIES:*Route, perform and complete report per inspection in your assigned territory.*Time service deadline, 15-20 days.*Obtain photos of the home, outbuildings and any hazards/deficiencies and when needed, sketch the footprint of the home and any outbuildings. Input information into our proprietary system.GENERAL INFORMATION:*Fees paid per inspection via direct deposit on the 10th and 25th of each month as a 1099 Independent Contractor.*Fee range from $10.00-$20.00 (2 per hour) exterior and $40-$90 (1 per hour) interior.*Inspector is responsible for building inspection schedule, expenses and taxes.
