Responsibilities
As a Facilities Coordinator, your will be responsible for:
  • Engage approved vendors as needed to complete repairs
  • Coordinate with vendors – Crafty, Iron Mountain, Pro Shred
  • Partner with necessary internal departments including EUC
  • Conduct routine facility inspections to determine areas for service
  • Act as primary contact for operational facility issues and requests
  • Ensure timely follow up and work order completion
  • Provide backup to Facility Manager for all sites as necessary
  • Provide hands-on support for basic maintenance
  • Coordinate and assist in implementation of future of work
  • Perform other functions as assigned
Skills And Abilities
  • Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions
  • Knowledge of building systems
  • Ability to travel to various work-site locations
  • Team oriented with strong capability to work independently
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, and against strict time constraints
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Motivated to lead and mentor others
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multi-functional tasks
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents/proposals and build strong relationships with contractors/vendors
Qualifications
1-4+ years of operational/facilities experience
Valid Driver's License
