Primary Accountabilities:

• Wear proper PPE as required by task being performed.
• Follow all SOPs set forth by Nephron Pharmaceuticals.

• Design, fabricate and weld parts to support plant production requirements.
• Do not operate any machinery unless specifically trained to do so.
• Work with customers in Columbia to develop innovative, cost effective fabricated and welded

parts.

• Develop expertise in the use of shop equipment and software to manufacture fabricated and

welded components in a cost effective manner.

• Assist with additional work duties or responsibilities as evident or required.
• Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Incumbents should possess the following:

• Specific expertise, skills and knowledge in Fabrication and welding gained through education

and/or experience.

• A knowledge base that includes the following: blue print reading, software to cut laser

produced parts, general shop machines, basic and advanced welding skills, grinding/ finishing

skills and working to tight tolerances on fabricated parts.

• Ability and willingness to change direction and focus to meet business demands to support
• Ability to follow cGMPs and good documentation practices.
• Prior mechanical aptitude/experience.
• Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Ability to speak/ read/write English and pass a Mechanical Ability Test.
