Job Description
Regal Staffing Services is looking for a MIG Welder in the Fort Worth, TX area.

Shift/Pay Rate: 1st shift (6am to 3:30pm): $19 - $22/hour


Responsibilities


  • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
  • Use jigs, fixtures, and assembly blueprints
  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Weld manufactured parts and sub-assemblies using various welding methods as appropriate to materials used
  • Adjust welding equipment to desired amperage and wire feed
  • Keep area clean and free of safety hazards
  • Follow company procedures including but not limited to organization, operation, and standardization
  • Produce quality component parts by interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
  • Exhibit understanding, flexibility, and willingness to change priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Operation of support equipment for procedures such as drilling, tapping, tumbling, etc.
  • Production output, product quality, and effective communication


Requirements


  • MIG experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with industry standard equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience welding
  • Strong math, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Vocational school is preferred
  • Accurately read and interpret manufacturing and/or customer blueprints
  • Experience operating handheld electric and air tools is preferred
  • Lift 40 pounds regularly
