Job Description

CCT has immediate openings for experienced virtual (synchronous) medical scribes with experience charting live directly in an EHR. In this role, you will utilize Zoom to virtually accompany a clinical provider and document each family practice office visit in Elation Health EHR in real-time.

Compensation: Compensation begins at $13.00 per hour.

Schedule: Weekdays,Pacific Time, Mon/Tue/Thu 9a-4p, Wed OFF, Fri 9a-12p

Experience

  • Must have EHR Scribe documentation experience
  • Strong medical terminology, human anatomy and physiology, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare documentation an ABSOLUTE MUST!

System Requirements

  • Must have a reliable, secure, and private high-speed internet connection (WiFi is not permitted, must be hard-wired with an Ethernet cable)
  • Must have minimum 3.8Mbps upload speed and 3.0Mbps download speed
  • Must own a Windows-based (Windows 10 or newer) desktop computer with at least a 24" screen or larger

Workspace Requirements

  • Must have a quiet and private workspace/office that is not easily visible to others. HIPAA Compliant.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong work ethic and professionalism
  • Proficiency in EHR Scribe Documentation (Elation Health EHR experience preferred)
  • Experience as a remote worker
  • Must be a US resident and authorized to work in the US

Essential Functions

  • Utilize Zoom to remain connected for duration of Virtual Scribe shift
  • Communication and professionalism
  • Accurately document live medical office visits, interact with physician/provider and capture all pertinent information withinElation Health EHR in real time.
  • Remote working and organizational skills
  • Navigation through the EHR. Preference given to Elation Health EHR experience.

Ideal Candidates: Experienced virtual medical scribes, medical students, nurses, PAs, CNAs, and MAs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
