Experienced Groomer (Graveyard) - Lake Tahoe

Job Summary

The groomer is responsible for all winter grooming operations and maintaining Homewood’s slopes, ramps, and maze areas.

Groomers operate Snow Cats on the mountain after the closing of the hill and are responsible for maintaining the trails.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to detect problems with equipment
• Understand and comply with safety guidelines
• Ability to work evenings and nights
• Understanding of grooming patterns and methods
• Safely operate a snowcat to provide smooth, reliable skiing surfaces

Job Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Heavy Machinery experience required
• 1 year of Snow Cat/Grooming experience preferred
