Be comfortable engaging directly with community members and have public speaking skills;

Demonstrate graphic layout and graphic design experience, particularly in development of maps and planning documents;

Working knowledge of Transportation Management System (TMS)

Travel demand modeling experience (Cube, TransCAD, and/or VISUM)

2-4 years of professional transportation planning experience

Experience with Cube and/or TransCAD scripting

Collect, compile, review, and organize data for planning studies

Ability to understand & manage data reports while owning performance metrics that drive business results

Experience in Fulfilment or Distribution centers and working with carriers and 3PLs.

Experience with Transportation Management Systems
