Job Description

Be a part of a Michelin-rated, award-winning concept under the leadership of a world-renowned, Michelin-rated Chef. In this role, you report to the Chef de Cuisine, Corporate Executive Chef and the Executive Chef/Partner.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or any related Culinary degree
  • Skills for both hot and cold catering management
  • Experience in international cooking and management mandatory
  • Certification in food safety, production or culinary is compulsory
  • Passion for leadership and teamwork
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Fluent in English is necessary
  • Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
  • Experience handling Toast POS and expediting
  • Previous experience with controlling food and labor cost, demonstration cooking, menu development, pricing, and training of culinary team members.
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry and culinary management experience.
