We are hiring an experienced Executive Recruiter to fill Senior Manager and Director roles throughout our organization. In this role, you will work closely with our Hiring Leaders to understand their talent requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and execute the recruiting initiatives required to fill open roles across multiple product development functions.


You will be a key voice in the screening, interviewing, and selection processes as you provide your expertise and advice to our leaders. You will provide critical input on all facets of the TA process, including marketplace data, job offer structure and negotiation, and closing candidates. You will also serve as the TA subject matter expert, providing advice and guidance to hiring managers and other process stakeholders.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver high levels of operational excellence, aligned with our business goals and employment branding, to create a solid experience for candidates, internal and external partners, and business leaders
  • Provide an informed perspective on prospects candidates and how they line up against the key selection criteria outlined
  • Own full life cycle hiring for key executive positions for the organization
  • Anticipate needs to drive the search to closure and be prepared to supply additional information, such as related industry trends, market findings, and position benchmarking
  • Be responsible for the data integrity of the search process. This includes navigating different CRMs and diligently updating and managing those systems.
  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process and make necessary adjustments to improve results
  • Create diversified search strategies including the use of referral networks, targeted outreach, differentiated job postings to enhance Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion recruiting practices


Requirements for this role include:

  • Strong knowledge of Information Technology is a real plus
  • Expertise in using CRM, ATS, and other recruiting platforms to drive efficiency and outcomes
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
  • 5 or more years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, of which 3 years should include recruiting and hiring senior executives in a corporate setting
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Strong experience in partnering, advising, and influencing hiring managers through the TA project lifecycle
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required


This position supports roles at our HQ in Benton Harbor, Michigan, and requires regular in-office time on a hybrid model. We strongly prefer candidates who live within a commutable distance to Benton Harbor/St. Joseph, or who are willing to relocate to the area. Relocation assistance is available.
