Boston Bulldogs Running Club is seeking a dynamic Executive Director who can lead our organization to new heights of growth and impact. As the face of our organization, you will inspire and guide Club members, and volunteers, and build a broader community of support.

Boston Bulldogs Running Club is a co-ed 501(c)3 non-profit club established in 2015 to provide an anonymous and safe community of support for all those adversely affected by addiction - those in recovery, their families and friends, caregivers, the clinical community, healthcare and wellness professionals and the community at large.

How You'll Contribute

• Sharing Our Story: Communicate our organization's accomplishments, programs, and goals in innovative and captivating ways. You'll be the driving force behind raising awareness of our mission and increasing our reach within the community.
• Creating Lasting Impact: Develop and implement programs that address the evolving needs of our members, constantly seeking ways to enhance and communicate our services and measure our impact. Your creative ideas and commitment to improvement will drive us forward.
• Empowering People: Lead, build and inspire an exceptional team of part-time employees, volunteers, and interns, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. As we continue to grow, you'll have the opportunity to shape our team and make a lasting impact.
• Fueling Growth: As our chief development officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and growth of our organization. Through strategic fundraising, marketing initiatives, and cultivating relationships with supporters, you'll help us identify and secure the resources we need to make a lasting impact.
• Fueling our Mission: Collaborate with our passionate board and dedicated staff, Club members and volunteers to ensure our mission and strategic plan are brought to life through innovative programs, effective communication, and impactful community outreach. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving our success.
• Championing Operations: Oversee the operational aspects of our organization, ensuring seamless execution, efficient planning, and excellent results. From managing resources to coordinating communications and events, you'll be the driving force behind our day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Finance: familiarity with budgeting, reporting, systems/infrastructure
• Nonprofit leadership experience
