The Executive Briefing Center Manager (EBC, Manager) will serve as the face of the X-Force, seeking to understand the intent for each client and council engagement to ensure goals and needs are met. They will be responsible for managing and handling communications in both directions from XFactor.io clients and prospects to X-Force council members. Executive Briefing Center Managers will be involved in various activities such as communications between the two groups, facilitating client and council engagements, client evaluations and the maintenance of our X-Force portal. The EBC Manager will be focused on customer loyalty and building close long term client relationships with XFactor.io and X-Force council members. They will ensure X-Force members are held accountable and meet the annual minimum engagement requirements with our customers. They will be required to have a strong understanding and knowledge of the company ecosystem, solutions, and services. They will also be responsible for expanding and maintaining the X-Force Global Community.

Executive Briefing Center Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow XFactor.io’s X-Force program globally.
- Collaborate with marketing team, sales, and product team.
- Track Council member engagements and hold accountable for engagement tasks.
- Foster a customer centric team environment.
- Onboard new clients and new council members to the X-Force community.
- Maintain X-Force portal.
- Facilitate and schedule X-Force and client engagements.
- Advocate for customers and XFactor.io.
- Ability to be a thought leader for the X-Force program in architecting creative briefing experiences onsite or virtual meetings.
- Evaluate and improve current process and communication structure.
- Set up campaigns for client and council acquisition.
- Technical product awareness to identify modules client or prospect can purchase.
- Proactively recommend ways of improvement as the community grows.
- Conduct surveys for growth and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure all deliverables are met for both parties in a timely manner.
Executive Briefing Center Manager Requirements:
- Patient and active listener.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High computer and literacy and ability to learn new software.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate with CxO team members in an effective manner.
- Self-driven and proactive in nature.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams in the organization.
- Highly organized and ability to muti-task.
- Experience in document creation.
- High proficiency in Design Thinking/Innovation frameworks.
- Communications or Marketing degree.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities.
- Knowledge of executive briefing center manager processes.
- Confident in a customer facing and CxO role.
- Background in customer-facing roles.
