Position Overview
Are you a highly organized and proactive professional? Are you skilled at handling confidential information with discretion? If so, we invite you to join our team as an Executive Assistant to an EVP (Executive Vice President), In this role, you'll play a vital part in the Leadership Team, supporting the advancement of our organizational and departmental goals.
Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, you will:
Efficiently handle various administrative tasks.
Manage a busy calendar of appointments and meetings.
Anticipate the needs of the EVP and act accordingly.
Serve as the EVP's representative to external constituents when required.
Keep the EVP informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
Research, prioritize, and address incoming issues and concerns, including sensitive or confidential matters.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings facilitated by the EVP.
Arrange travel details for the EVP and coordinate pre-planning activities.
Lead the preparation of internal department meetings, including tracking progress, setting agendas, and producing minutes.
Assist with office management activities, such as ordering supplies and room setup.
Maintain distribution lists and manage communications to the global team.
Process and maintain expenses for the EVP and key team members.
Key Skills, Requirements, And Competencies
The ideal candidate possesses:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support.
Strong professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Proficiency with Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides, calendar, inbox, etc.).
Experience in preparing presentations.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A mature and energetic attitude with a commitment to teamwork.
Experience working in a global organization.
Flexibility to provide after-hours and flexible support.

The expected salary range for this position is $77,200.00 - $102,900.00.
