Executive Assistant - Elearning

Job Profile:

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Responsibilities:

• Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
• Aid executive in preparing for meetings
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
• Calendar management for executives

Education and Certification:

• Trustworthy – some background with budget management. Candidate would need to have access to a company credit card and make travel and other bookings for us.
• Knowledge of major collaboration tools (Zoom, MSOffice/Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc…)
• Relevant experience of 8+ years
• Very good written and verbal English/communication skills
• Knowledge of learning industry – this is a not required but could be helpful in striking the appropriate tone with clients, prospects, team members, and the like.
