About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist to support Home Lending Technology CIO. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .
This individual will also interact with Wells Fargo leaders and executives and manage project/business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables, travel and meeting planning and pulling routine reports. This role is ideal for an individual who is highly organized, detail oriented, technologically savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
In This Role, You Will
  • Interact with external customers
  • Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions
  • Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning
  • Act as information source on group and company policies
  • Support projects
  • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the administrative support function
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 3 to 5 years of executive level support (e.g., CIO, CTO, COO, CEO, CFO)
  • Extremely knowledgeable with expense and travel management using Concur or a similar tool
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment while assessing issues, making quick decisions, implementing solutions, and influencing change
  • Excellent calendar management skills
  • Able to partner effectively with other executive assistance
  • Well versed in Microsoft Suite of Applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Words)
