We are currently seeking an ambitious, resourceful, and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of Administrative and Marketing Support Specialist. Role Overview:

As an Administrative and Marketing Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our organization, supporting the CEO and assisting with various operations, sales, and marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include managing and refining operations processes, acting as a liaison with clients and underwriters, and executing marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Execution:Manage effective marketing strategies to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.
  • Operations Management: Manage deal flow from receiving a rent roll to deal closing. Including organizing a Bank list - email communication with bankers - organizing quotes and overseeing the process of every loan that is live.
  • Client Communication: Contact borrowers to collect necessary documentation and update status of loan through the process.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a plus
  • Strong Motivational -
  • Basic Graphic Design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark)
  • CRM Software (ZOHO/CLOSE a plus)
  • Research and Market Research
  • Strategic-minded and process-drive
  • Microsoft Office Suite/G-SUITE Tools
