Lakeside Manufacturing is a $50M manufacturer and distributor based in West Milwaukee, WI looking for our next Executive VP (reporting to the CEO/Owner). The organization is focused on growth, and the position will be supported with an aggressive compensation plan with equity potential. The EVP will be responsible for all facets of the business as they pertain to growth. If you can self-direct, can lead and manage a sales-driven, growth-oriented organization to desired outcomes, and have the ability to work independent of direct oversight, this is tremendous opportunity for the right candidate. If you need someone to create a plan for you, a rule book to guide your day, someone to tell you what to do, or need frequent affirmation from an authority figure; this is NOT the job for you! We are looking for an Executive Vice President with the following: A desire to win, and build winning teams. The ability to self-direct. A quick study, the ability to grasp concepts and run with them. Proven ability to maximize growth and the P&L. Ability to play a key role on the executive team. 10+ years of building, developing, and managing sales teams. Multi-disciplined business acumen. Excellent problem solving, communication and team building skills. Required for Executive Vice President position: BA/BS degree, preferably advanced degree. Demonstrable track record of accomplishment, success, and building winning teams. 10+ years of leadership experience in a fast growing, sales-driven, mid-market, manufacturing organization with 2-tier distribution model.
