Role: Part-time / Freelance
TEOS Event Design is a leading event planning and design company, specializing in creating unique and unforgettable experiences for our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Event Space Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of your assigned event spaces, ensuring they are well-maintained, fully utilized, and exceed our clients' expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all aspects assigned TEOS Event Design's event spaces, including scheduling, maintenance, and daily operations.
• Work with clients to understand their event needs and ensure that event spaces are set up according to their specifications.
• Supervise event staff, including security personnel, cleaning crews, and maintenance personnel, to ensure a smooth and successful event.
• Manage the budget for the event spaces, ensuring that costs are kept under control and expenses are properly documented.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that TEOS Event Design has access to the best products and services at competitive prices.
• Coordinate with other departments within TEOS Event Design to ensure that events run smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all event attendees and personnel.
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in hospitality management, event planning, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing event spaces, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
