Starting Pay Range: $10.85/Hr + Gratuity/Tips

Full Time/Part Time: Part time, hourly

We are looking for an outgoing, driven, detail-oriented person who enjoys being part of creating fun and unforgettable experiences for guests. As an Event Host you will interact with guests during birthday parties, corporate and other events ensuring the experience exceeds their expectations.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

• Being open to collaboration of new ideas and creativity to provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Identify opportunities to upsell to enhance the guest experience.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the leadership team.
• Provide effective communication with the team.
• Work with the team to execute the goals communicated regarding the event(s).
• Contributes to an environment for our team and guests that is fun, professional and in alignment with our company values.
• Engage our guests by creating delightful experiences while providing a guest friendly environment.
• Following the FatCats standard for hosting an event from start to finish.
• Assist team members as needed or as directed by leadership team.
• Maintain an awareness of all products and daily, weekly, monthly, gift card promotions.
• Responsible for knowing what events are planned during scheduled shifts.
• Follow all Company policies, procedures, systems, processes, and direction.
• Team members will be trained, motivated, and empowered to assess and solve the guest needs to deliver total guest satisfaction.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Personable but professional demeanor.
• Ability to climb ladders, operate and use all necessary equipment.
• Computer literate with ability to learn new software programs and applications easily.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Able to lift 35 pounds.
