Job Description

The Client Success team in Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Event Education Manager who enjoys traveling to join our team. As the Event Education Manager, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional in-person educational experiences for our clients across six different Brands. Your expertise will be crucial in advising how education experiences contribute to the overall customer journey for Anywhere Real Estate agents and brokers.
The right person will have an entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with a passion for thinking big and acting with urgency. An individual who takes ownership and maximizes the return on investment and has strong executive communication skills. This individual must be able to manage stakeholders and work with various levels of leadership and teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze opportunities for optimizing and simplifying education sessions to enhance their execution.
  • Manage event logistics including negotiating contracts with vendors; maintain clear event expense tracking.
  • Accountable for managing the Client Success Event Education budget and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Proactively offer recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Work cross functionally to conceptualize the most innovative and best in class education sessions for Brand Events
  • Manage venue, speakers and company staff onsite to ensure the delivery of flawless education sessions for various brand events throughout the year
  • Work cross functionally to develop and plan best practice strategies and ensure project taskforces are clear on deliverables, timelines and roles and responsibilities
  • Proactive management and prioritization of timelines and priorities to ensure flawless execution, quality of service, and timely delivery of all necessary components and materials for education sessions.
  • Draft and manage project work plans to detail and align key objectives and tasks, removing blockers and elevating issues as needed
  • Monitor industry trends and incorporate knowledge in program ideation and planning.
  • Define event metrics and collect/interpret data to track ROI and Net Promoter Score results
Qualifications
  • Passion for traveling
  • Experience working in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Experience working in a matrix environment preferred
  • 5-7 years’ experience in corporate event planning or in a similar function.
Skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, quick response environment with high attention to detail.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Excellent project management, leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable presenting and speaking to executive management and large audiences.
  • Superior problem solving skills with the ability to quickly change focus and balance the needs of the moment with longer-term goals.
  • Ability to travel 20-25%
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using event management software, learning management systems, and other relevant technology tools to support event education initiatives.

Compensation Range
$85,000 - $120,000; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
