• Our top NJ-based building client is in need of a top commercial construction estimator

Qualifications

• A candidate that has On Screen takeoff experience. Procore/Bluebeam etc a must
• College degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related will get priority.
• Must have large commercial
• 1-5+ years of experience in a construction-related role with exposure to estimating with large commercial projects
• Someone that enjoys numbers and estimating

Responsibilities Of Construction Estimator

• Provide new ideas to improve upon our current processes, etc.
• Permitting & owner contract facilitation
• Follow Estimating & Pre-Construction processes & procedures
• Perform estimates from start to finish that is largely commercial
• Experienced w/ both Lump Sum & GMP contract types
