CereCore is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to join our team Remotely and Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Works within cross-functional teams and with end-users to achieve application integration to meet clinical needs
• Performs workflow assessments, captures business needs, and analyzes internal systems to determine functional requirements for optimal utilization of clinical applications.
• Assists with the analysis, recommendations for corrective actions, and resolution of problems within the software applications, and provides support for normal maintenance of upgrades, and system maintenance
• Provides incident/issue support through data gathering.
• Designs and configures the software to support clinical and operational workflows within the Epic Healthy Planet module.
• Plans, design, implement, maintain, and provide ongoing optimization and support for clinical application software
• Leads various initiatives linked to EHR or process improvement.
• Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify application needs and objectives.
• Analyzes clinical or operational workflows supported by the assigned products and their relationship to the technical environment in which they operate.
• The Epic Analyst is expected to spend time within our facilities and critical areas to maintain a firm understanding of operations and ensure development and solutions solve the core ask/issue
• The Epic Analyst will be in charge of a few complex projects at any given point in time.

Position Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Epic build experience
• Epic Healthy Planet & Compass Rose (Clinical Build) Certification Preferred or must be willing to become certified within the first 6 months of hire.
• Must be local to Dallas/Ft Worth area or willing to relocate (must live within 1 hour of the facility)
• Must be Certified in Epic Ambulatory
• Bachelor’s degree
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience
• At least 5 years of Healthcare industry experience
• Clinical background in Healthcare preferred.
