Job Description
  • Routine coordination, collection, and quality assurance of operational data for emission calculations and reporting through ESS and other established methods (PI, PIMS, CMS, Raddical, Estream, etc.).
  • Data entry and tracking for Emission Inventory (EI) reporting and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reporting.
  • Deconstruction of permits at Title V facilities and preparation of compliance tasks for entry into Sphera’s Essential software (ESS) Task Manager module.
  • Assisting in the preparation of Emission Inventory reports including but not limited to Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Wyoming.
  • Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), procedural documents and workflows for continued group optimization and transparency.
  • Assisting in the preparation of GHG reports including preparing emission calculations for 40 CFR 98 Subpart C and W facilities.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science

Minimum of 1+ years’ experience

Ability to perform tasks with minimal direction

Experience using Environmental Management Information System (EMIS) software (e.g. Sphera Essential Suite) preferred
