Job Description
  • Perform stormwater management inspections on operational facilities and/or active construction sites.
  • Evaluation of stormwater best management practices (BMPs).
  • Personal vehicle mileage reimbursed.
  • Conduct inspections at various project sites to ensure compliance with Standards and Specifications (E&S and Stormwater Management); as well as local, state, and federal regulations as applicable.
  • Safety training and PPE to be provided.
  • Depending on assignment, home office may be used with occasional meetings in offices or job sites with clients.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to on-site personnel regarding environmental compliance and SWPPP book documentation requirements.
  • Work sites around southeast Virginia. Hampton Roads is good base for operations, but could also serve from Richmond or areas in between.
  • Dual certification (stormwater and erosion & sediment) desired.
