Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Entry-Level Sales/Marketing Associate to join our energetic team at an industry-leading Events Management & Production Company. As an integral part of our sales and marketing division, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our event services, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and contributing to the company's overall growth and success.


Responsibilities:

  • Sales Prospecting: Conduct research to identify potential clients and industries, generating leads through various channels, such as social media, online platforms, and networking events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their event needs and providing tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Collateral: Assist in creating online content, and social media posts, to promote our company's services and engage with the target audience effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including event production, logistics, and creative teams, to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceed client expectations.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities, providing valuable input for enhancing our services and staying competitive in the market.

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Enthusiasm for sales, marketing, and event management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address client needs and offer innovative event solutions.
