Entry-Level Office Administrator Jobs

Qualdoc has an exciting opportunity for an Entry-Level College Graduate in Business Administration or Accounting to work for one of our clients in Charlottesville, VA. Our client is a global company with great benefits and opportunity for career growth. This is a direct hire role.

Responsibilities

• Interface and communicate with vendors
• Assist with invoicing using accounting tools like Quickbooks
• Administrative duties
• Office management
• Provide front desk reception services when needed
• General accounting
• Organize and maintain office files including accounting logs, registers, customer information, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Accounting, or a similar field
• Business or accounting internship experience preferred
• Friendly and forward-thinking
• Strong organization skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong initiative and good attitude
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to collaborate with external customers
• Knowledge of accounting software such as Quickbooks
